Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc...
Provides
services and supports that assist people to consider and choose
personal goals for the future. The process for considering and
selecting goals takes place in the least intrusive and least threatening
manner possible.

that the person’s goals determine the services and supports
that will be provided or obtained.
SERVICE
TEAM
Community Specialists...
Are
the foundation of the Community Support Team. Therefore, they
receive twenty-four (24) plus hours of training in the fundamentals
of Mental Health/Mental Retardation (MH/MR) service delivery,
CPR/First Aid, and medication administration.
Many
on the team receive instruction in intensive crisis intervention
(an eighteen (18) week course) at Alvernia College.
